We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join an international company head office in Milton Keynes.
Salary up to £21,500 with an achievable OTE of 25k
8.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday
(Could be flexible and offer 8.30-5.30 or 7.30-4.30 if needed)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
Take ownership and accountability of each call from start to finish
Have experience of working in a high call volume environment
Manage all admin to support the calls
Have a high level of accuracy and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Be a relationship builder
Be happy and willing to go the extra mile
Work to KPI's
The client has a great open plan office, with nice breakout areas and free parking.
