I am recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor position for a business based in Milton Keynes. The role will become permanent for the right candidate.

Perfect candidate will have previous Customer Service experience and would like to progress into management position in the future. You will also have to be available to start immediately.

Working hours 08:30-17:30

Pay : £10.58-£11.54 ( may be negotiable for the right candidate)

The Role

Answering incoming phone calls
Provide excellent customer service
Administrative tasks
Managing database (using CRM system)
Maintaining clients account
Having strong input into growing national supply chain
Quotations and pricingThe Candidate

Strong communicator

Innovative and forward thinking
Excellent Microsoft Office skills ( including Excel)
