We expect the candidate to be computer literate, have some experience of working in a team and dealing with customers both over the phone and via email.
The job role includes:
Answering customer queries and complaints
Investigating missing or short deliveries
Crediting or invoicing incorrectly charged orders
Opening new accounts
Liaising with suppliers and internal staff
Processing orders
Amending on invoices
