Customer Service Advisor

£10.00 to £11.00 per hour

Central Milton Keynes

We are working with a prestigeous employer based in Milton Keynes working within their Customer Service team. This company offers a great working environment, excellent training and support and development opportunities. The role is Monday – Friday, a 35 hour week, with working hours between 7am-7pm.

Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will contributing towards maintaining the company's reputation for providing a high level of customer service. This will be working on a temporary basis up until the end of the year.

Day to day you will be assisting with enquiries by either resolving them there and then or passing them on to the relevant team.

You will be trained to resolve enquiries consistently to team standards and within specified timeframes.

You will be offering information on services and events and detailing their benefits.

You will be speaking with organisation members and obtaining payments.

Experience

Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based rol

Good IT skills

Organisational, planning and administrative skills

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Experience in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social media
