This exciting opportunity is based within Milton Keynes. A market leader, you will be part of a friendly sales team, supporting the Senior Customer Service Advisors.

Administering customer orders, including demo and promo sample orders. Respond to incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email and online chat and provide solutions to both internal and external customers.

Deal with promotions, new products, any special pricing, undertake a variety of tasks. Ability to multitask, follow tasks through to completion is key.

Professional attitude to dealing with customers, colleagues, contractors and partners. Be organised, methodical, adaptable to change and willing to learn. Confident in your communication, friendly, helpful offering a world class customer service.
