Customer Service Advisor

Temporary (to perm)

£12.00 per hour plus holiday pay

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual who loves to investigate and resolve queries? Do you possess excellent communication skills and a sound knowledge of Excel and Word? If your answers are 'yes' and you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are able to manage your time effectively – This could be the role for you.

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor will include but are not limited to:

Investigate and resolve errors affecting the quality and completeness of our Customers' information
Process customer data in accordance with their SLAs
Aid in the resolution of any contractual issues through assistance and escalation
Support other departments in dealing with customer queries
Manage and understand the expectations of the customer and to ensure service lines are adhered to
Identify system and process enhancements that are impacting the quality and timeliness of our services and make recommendations to resolve these
Work closely with the other teams to ensure that customers receive a high quality

Our Customer Service Advisor needs to have:

Strong sense of customer focus with excellent communication skills
Sense of urgency along with a 'can do' attitude
Enthusiast, flexible and adaptable
Able to follow processes and IT literate
Structured and organised
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proactive and takes ownership of tasks
