We have an opportunity to join a fantastic organisation based in Central Milton Keynes working within a busy service team. The working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, worked between Monday to Friday 7am and 7pm on a rotational basis.
As a Customer Services Representative you will develop professional working relationships with a range of customers, being the first point of contact for all their enquiries. This is a high-volume telephone-based role where you will need to use your excellent problem-solving skills on a regular basis! You will also support with the content to their website, so excellent written communications skills are also key!
The suitable candidate will need to be:
Passionate about customer service
Computer literate
Have an excellent telephone manner
Hold exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Previous office-based customer service experience is essential
