Osborne Appointments are looking for skilled Customer Service Assistants to support the Dispute and Chargeback department for our global finance and banking client based in Caldecotte, MK7 8LE, Milton Keynes.
You are expected to…
Have experience in providing excellent customer service
Be computer literate / have data entry experience
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Have good understanding of how credit cards work
Show good understanding of the Consumer Credit Act 1974
Have good understanding of what a dispute is
Be available to work full time – 40 hours a week
You will be…
the first point of contact for customers’ queries and disputes
responding to inquiries via phone, email, live chat
problem solving
able to navigate a computerized data entry system

Salary: £21091 per annum
Working Monday to Friday (8:00-18:00)
1.5 hour break
