We are looking for 2 customer service advisers to join our glass and installation distributor company. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and advising them with enquiries via telephone or email. You have to have previous experience in office admin, customer service or a call centre.
Duties
-Dealing with all incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email.
-Processing orders and booking in our installation jobs for any of our 6 depots.
– Identify, quote and process any customer enquiries or orders.
– Responsible for collection/ processing of customer payments, purchase order chasing, invoicing, customer returns and queries.
-Work on any office reports assigned to you be the Sales Office Manager.
– Any admin duties.
– Work closely with all departments.
Requirements
Due to niche market, full training will be provided. However you need previous experience in office admin, customer service or call centre.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to provide work at deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
Speak fluent English.
Strong knowledge using Microsoft Office programmes (mainly word and excel).

Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holidays increasing with length of service after 3 years

41.25 hours per week
Monday – Friday between 08.00am – 6.00pm.
Plus 1 Saturday in 5 which is included in their pay.
