My client is working is partnership with a market leading electronics brand as part of their contact centre team. This position is for an individual with a customer centric mindset who is looking to thrive in a technical role within the customer service sector.

This opportunity is to be part of the call team, taking inbound calls from customers with any queries they have.

Key responsibilities:

Taking Inbound and making outbound calls
Processing any emails and advising on Live Chat
Handling customer queries and delivering excellent customer service
Problem solving and troubleshooting service and technical issues
Working to deadlines to meet targets
Accurate data entryPersonal attributes:

A real desire to put the customer first.
A great listener who can demonstrate empathy and patience.
An independent worker with a great eye for detail.
The ability to learn about the different aspects of the contact centre environment.
A desire to learn and expand product knowledge.Full training will be provided and with the possibility to have the opportunity to work from home some days.
