We're recruiting for one of the country's leading distribution and logistics organisations based in Milton Keynes. The salary for this position is £9.61ph. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll join our client's inbound call centre where you'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries.
Whilst full training and support is provided, you will be expected to have:
Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A high standard of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
A positive attitude to great customer service and first-time resolution Working Hours: Static shifts between the hours of 10am – 7pm.
This is an ongoing temporary role with the possibility to go permanent.
