We are hiring a Customer Service Advisor's based in our state-of-the-art Secure Contact Centre in Wavenden Gate, Milton Keynes.
We are currently taking on professionals with sales/ customer service based experience, whether that may be within a call centre setting, retail or hospitality – if you feel you have transferrable skills, and would love to provide you in house training and have you on board!

What does the role entail?
Working on a 4 on and 4 off rota, days/ nights and weekends
To effectively process alarm activations across a variety of platforms in accordance with customer-defined specifications
Manage mobile alarm call outs and additional work requests
Respond to all customer requests relating to their alarm system
Ensure that all systems/databases are updated in a timely and accurate manner
Answer all calls promptly and courteously within given service levels and processes, giving assistance to internal and external customers, including liaising with third parties and contractors, as requiredTo be successful for the role, you will possess the following;
SIA Licence (Training can be provided if you do not have this)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to listen, to give clear and concise instructions
Excellent customer service skills – Able to communicate at all levels
Positive and dynamic, able to use initiative
Problem-solving skills
Decision-making capability
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and workflows
Computer literate – proficient in MS Office, ability to adapt quickly to new systems
Professional in appearance and attitude
Demonstrate a high level of integrity whilst dealing with sensitive and confidential situations
Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritise and multi-task

Experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
