Customer Service Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes.
Salary: £20k to £22k. Starting salary £20k rising based on performance. + Benefits

The Role
Due to the success of our Customer Service Team we are looking to take on multiple Customer Service Agents,
supporting one of our long-standing automotive clients. You will see from the salary and benefits that we are serious about attracting the best customer service experts, to help us create an exceptional team from the ground up.
Facts at a Glance
• Hours: 37.5 hours (full time) per week across a shift pattern between 8:30am–7pm Monday–Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday, no bank holidays. ( Approximately one in four Saturdays per Month)
• Channels: Telephone, Email and Webchat
• Type of Enquiries: High volumes of requests for information, helping customers, handling complaints – Successful candidates need to be both resilient and efficient in their role.
• Sector: Automotive – Generally B2C
• Salary Bands: Customer Service Advisor role £20k to £22k. Starting salary £20k rising based on performance.
