Role: Contact Centre Agent

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £18,485 + great benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week working between 8am-9pm Mon-Fri and Sat 9am-5pm on a rota

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Advisor for a client based in Milton Keynes.

What is involved?

Taking incoming calls and responding to emails efficiently. As a Contact Centre Advisor you'll be handling typical enquiries working in conjunction with company policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

Excellent customer service skills
Call centre experience (Our client would love to hear from you if you have prior call centre experience)
