Recruitment 99 are looking for a customer service advisor for our fantastic client in Stokenchurch, Bucks.
Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
You will be working within a small team to deal with day to day customer sales calls and queries.
Duties will include –
* Processing customer orders (via web, email & phone)
* Serving walk in customers
* Gathering sales lead and passing the info on to the sales team.
* Answering live chat website queries.
* Emailing quotations.
Required qualifications / experience –
* Excellent spoken English.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* English & Maths GCSE or equivalent.
* Good Typing skills.
* Previous telesales experience would be beneficial.
* Previous customer service experience important.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £22,000.00 per year
