Customer Service Order Processor
Hours: 40 hrs per week 8AM – 5PM – Mon – Fri
Salary: £20,000 – £21,500 Per Annum (Depending on experience)

About the Customer Service Order Processor role:
We have an excellent opportunity to join an established international company, we are looking for the right candidate to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers within the boundaries of the Company processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experienced of working in a busy environment and can maintain a high standard of work
Main responsibilities for the Customer Service Order Processor:
Organise inbound and email mailboxes for customer queries
Build a strong customer relationship
Make outbound calls to customers to clarify and order queries
Ensure customer's orders are scheduled in line with their requirement's
Create and maintain a professional working relationships with internal stakeholdersSkills required for Customer Service Order Processor:
Computer Literate
Strong Administrative skills
Work accurately to time scales
Self-motivated
Excellent telephone manner
