Hours: Standard working hours, Monday to Friday.

Overview of Duties
As a Administration Co-ordinator you will be required to work with a team of administrators to support all accounts.
Keeping in contact with operations and specialists to ensure the monthly KPI is achieved.
Run reports in accordance to each brands requirements and frequency required
Processing of Vehicle documents scanning and saving for record.
Daily list – making sure all work has been closed down on daily list vehicles. Updating the specialists on any problem or issues.
Liaising with the workshop and Bodyshop to understand workload and highlighting any short turnaround vehicles
Ensure fines and road tolls to be paid
General office administration – phones, copier, scanning, processing of expenses etc.
Providing support during launch's to ensure the day to day vehicles are managed efficiently
Data cleanse – assisting specialists with any data cleansing requirements on all systems
