Recruitment 99 are looking for a customer service advisor for our client based in Stokenchurch HP14.
With over 30 years in business our client has a fantastic reputation in the industry.
You will be working with a small team of staff to deal with customer sales calls and queries.
Duties will include;
* Serving walk in customers
* Gathering sales leads
* Emailing quotations
* answering calls and queries
* processing customer orders via web, email & phone
* live chat queries
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications / experience;
* Excellent spoken English
* great telephone manner
* English & Maths GCSE (A-C)
* Good typing skills
* previous telesales experience
* previous customer service experience
* good knowledge of MS programs
