Our Milton Keynes-based client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This role will be pivatol in the launch of a new digital product at the end of this year and is a temp to perm opportunity.

You’ll be reporting into the Customer Service Manager but working closely with the Digital Applications team and will have responsibility for the customer service of the new application. If you’ve got experience in digital products or customer service and are looking for a new and exciting challenge or to take the next step in your career, then this is the role for you.

Position: Digital Customer Service Executive

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:45pm

Salary: £13 per hour (£25,000 per annum)

The job will involve…

Dealing with enquiries from customers via phone and email
Working as a team to ensure a first class customer service experience is had by all customers
Building rapport with customers
Keeping internal systems up to date
Administrative duties as required
The Person will…

Have experienced working within customer service (required)
Have Experience and or knowledge of Digital applications / products (desirable)
Italian language Skills (Desirable)
Be able to communicate effectively in order to build rapport, show empathy and understand customer queries
Be able to prioritise their work in an ever changing environment
Take a flexible approach to their work
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy interaction with customers
Have Knowledge of managing customer service messages on social media would also be beneficial.
Have a passion for delivering great user experiences
Be familiar with customer service systems such as Helpshift (desirable)
