Customer Service Operative – Magna Park Milton Keynes
Our client based in Magda Park, Milton Keynes are looking for a candidate to work as a Platinum Helpdesk Advisor. Platinum desk are responsible for all our clients corporate customers.
It will be your responsibility to speak with these customers both over the phone and via email in order to track parcels that customers have ordered but not arrived.
This is an On-going role starting ASAP, working Monday to Friday with overtime available at Weekends which will be expected in peak times throughout November and December.
As a customer service advisor, your role will be:
Accepting inbound calls from corporate companies
Chasing the delivery of parcels via Parcel Force systems by liaising with our depots and colleagues
Problem solving and query resolution, logging and updating queries accurately utilising in- house systems
Maintaining regular contact with specified priority customers to provide a proactive and personal service
Establish a good rapport with your colleagues within the helpdesk and the wider organisation
