Wild are working with a fantastic employer placed in Milton Keynes working within customer Service. This company offer a great working environment and many opportunities. Monday – Friday, hours between 7am-7pm. This is a 12 month contract.

Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will contributing towards maintaining the company's reputation for providing a high level of customer service.

Day to day you will be assisting with enquiries by either resolving them there and then or passing them on to the relevant team. You will resolve enquiries consistently to team standards and promptly. You will be promoting services, events along with providing information and benefits. You will be speaking with customers who are required to make payments to their membership and obtain payment.

Experience

Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based role
Good IT skills
Organisational, planning and administrative skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
