K&D are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a local client in High Wycombe.

Do you have proven Customer Service or Sales Support experience?

Are you well versed in Microsoft products including Word and Excel?

Do you have experience working with an ERP system?

If you have answered yes, we may have the role for you !

As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing all customer orders across the UK sites and overseas. You will accurately respond to all Customer queries and liaise with commercial teams on pricing, order quantities and logistics, ensuring that all files are managed and continually improved.

You will liaise across all group sites and be the internal customer champion.

In return you will receive a salary of between £23-£25k dependant on experience. You will receive a yearly bonus based on group performance as well as private healthcare and life assurance.
