Customer Service Advisor

Based in Milton Keynes. Please note we are following current public guidelines therefore this role will be home based temporarily.

£22,000 including excellent benefits

Rotating shift patterns 9am-5pm and 3pm-11pm including some weekend work

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team.

You will be taking queries from customers or franchisees produced via incoming calls, web forms or emails and see it through to completion using the very best of customer service.

Having a proven track record in first class customer service, an excellent telephone manner and organisational skills you will ensure that all queries are dealt with professionally and timely in line with the department's service level standards. You are expected to be an advocate of our brand and where needed will need to conduct outbound calls to ensure a smooth closure of queries is delivered

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with previous experience of taking and answering inbound calls and email queries. You must be willing and able to participate in a shift pattern covering Customer Service hours including every weekend with time off during the week on a 5 on 2 off basis.

With excellent communications skills and a high standard of written and spoken English, knowledge of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) workflow is essential.
