Lomax Recruitment Group is hiring an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our industry-leading client. You will provide outstanding customer service and care, and promote this throughout the company.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will join a small, friendly, customer-focused team keeping customer care at the core in everything you and your team do. As an experienced Customer Service Advisor, you will act as a liaison, provide product & services information, and resolve any emerging problems that the customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Your overall goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet their expectations.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls

* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

* Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication

* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

* Meet personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas

* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

* Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative or Customer Service Advisor

* Track record of over-achieving quota

* Friendly and personable

* Love to be on the phone to customers and resolving problems

* Articulate

* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and situations

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Salary and Benefits

£20,000 – £25,000 + benefits
