Customer Service Advisor, £11.40ph, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, immediate start – 18th September 2021 with potential to be made permanent, Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00.

Due to the company's growth they are now looking for a new member of their ever-growing team deliver outstanding customer service.

Your new job
You will be working within our customer operations team, acting as the first customer touchpoint via call and email communication. Queries would relate to invoicing and credits, as well as requests for support for managing their vehicle fleets. You will be liaising with internal colleagues, departments, and external suppliers

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful candidates will need to have experience within invoicing and be able to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. Must be confident on the phone and motivated to deliver outstanding customer service by taking ownership of the customers concerns. Knowledge of Microsoft excel, and word would be desirable, but must be confident on using computer systems.
