We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join a Charity based in Amersham. Your role will be a mix of customer service, administration, and some training. A salary of up to £25,000 + Benefits is required.
Your duties will include providing user and partner support by email and phone. You will also provide office support and administration which will include invoicing, setting up BACS payments and providing basic helpdesk support.
You will join a close-knit Charity based in Amersham who have a great culture.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven Customer Service and Administration skills (you will possibly have worked as a Customer Service Executive / Office Administrator or Helpdesk Support Analyst).
An excellent telephone manner
You will also be used to learning new Software products.
A good knowledge of MS Office.
SALARY / BENEFITS
Salary to £25,000
Full-time 9am-5pm [alternative 4 days/week role possible for the right candidate]
Holidays – pro-rata 5 weeks plus bank holidays.
