Position: Customer Service Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Home based
Salary: £19 – £21k + quarterly bonus (based on team performance), private medical healthcare and pension.
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri
Working from home and reporting directly to the MD, you will be the first line of contact for any customer service queries and co-ordinator for all report investigations.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service.
Managing report investigations and ensuring SLAs are met.
Acting as a channel between data providers, key suppliers and prospects/customers.
Admin support across the business where needed (including help with month end usage statements, daily call reports etc).
Oversee daily/weekly monitored companies
General other admin duties
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience within a Customer Service and/or a Business Administration role.
Be self-motivated and organised
Have good PC and MS Office skills with a high level of literacy and numeracy.
A winning personality, great telephone manner, excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
A positive, 'can do' attitude, be a flexible multi-tasker
Have the confidence in your own abilities and be well organised.
