We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a leading financial services organisation in Milton Keynes. This is an office-based role and the salary is £18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience.
As Customer Service Administrator you'll be liaising with our client's customers via email and telephone calls, building relationships and providing them with updates.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong communication and people skills
Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Professional & confident telephone manner
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel
Willingness to learn, self-motivated and enthusiastic
Previous experience in a customer-facing role would advantageous This is a permanent role and the working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) at our client's modern, lakeside offices in Milton Keynes with free on-site parking.
