THE COMPANY:
We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation located in Milton Keynes who is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that nursing staff meet the very high compliance required to work within the hospital. You'll be responsible for speaking with candidates following their successful interview, building relationships and acquire all the essential documents that are required.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Working within a busy office environment
Liaising with nurses who have been successful through the interview process and building a relationship during the onboarding process
Acquiring all of the documents to onboard such as; right to work, DBS Checks, references, training portfolio, identification
Updating and maintaining onboarding pack
Sending full packs to the senior management for final compliance checks
Working to key deadlines
Providing excellent customer services
General administrationTHE PERSON:
Whilst we'd love to see CV's from individuals with a Customer Service & Administrative background, we're open to considering candidates who have a confidence, excellent communication and organisational skills
Computer literate – word, excel & outlook, but training can be given
A positive attitude and mentality
