Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Service/Administrator for a client of ours in Northfield for an immediate start.
Requirements: –
* Must have previous Administration & Customer Service experience
* Strong communication & administrative skills
* Ability to handling customer complaints & enquiries
* Professional telephone manner
* Attention to details
* Ability to work under pressure
* Must be fully computer literate
Hours & Shifts: –
Mon – Fri
Flexible hours 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00
Rates: –
£10.00 per hour
