Customer Service Administrator

Temporary Ongoing

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

£20,000 per annum (£10.26 per hour)

Milton Keynes

My client, an Award Winning international company, is looking for a customer service administrator to ensure client data is up to date and support their customers with any queries. Servicing inbound and outbound customer contact always delivering an efficient, effective and high quality service to all key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Respond efficiently and professionally to incoming customer contact and provide one stop resolution for customers
Carry out all associated administration in an accurate and timely fashion
Update database with customer data
Answering queries in respect of products and services and investigate queries on the various IT systems used throughout the Company
Taking ownership and working within guidelines to resolve customers' and other departments queriesExperience required

GCSE or equivalent English Language and Mathematics is preferable
Previous customer service experience, preferably within the finance industry
Effective communication skills in both written and verbal
Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work within a pressurised environment whilst maintaining focus on personal, departmental and company objectives.Role advertised:28th July 2021
