Job Description
• Improving the overall customer relationship, making customers aware of your organisation’s complaints procedures
• Sales order processing and delivery notes.
• Maintaining customer related information systems for accurate record keeping
• Administrative support where required
Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• First class interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people
• Trustworthy and reliable
Full training and support given, this is an office based role.
