Our client is looking for a number of full time Customer Service Advisors to start in October 2020.   

The contract will last through to early January, with the possibility of a permanent position being offered in the new year.
  
You will be required to answer, handle and accurately deal with a high volume of inbound calls, both from general public and business enquiries.
  
Therefore, suitable candidates will possess the following:

Excellent Customer service skills
Good attention to detail
A real can-do attitude and the ability to try to resolve a call first time round.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, to deal with telephone and email enquiries.

Shifts are 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm and will be fixed shifts.  They will be allocated after training has completed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team with lots of training and support.

Paying £9.24 per hour.
