Our client is looking for candidates that have customer service skills, with good administration skills and ability to work in a busy environment. Our client offers a great opportunity with a lot of development within the business and a chance to progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent Customer Service experience – this could be face to face or over the phone
Computer Literate / Data Entry experience
Clearly Communication Skills – written and verbal
Available 5 days out of 7 (rota provided in advance)
Soft Credit Checks will be obtained due to the nature of the business
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution
Receive and/or place telephone calls

Ability to navigate a computerised data entry system
Standard Working Hours: 40 hour week, rotating shifts between 8am to 8pm – early, late and middle shifts

1 hour unpaid lunch break with 2 x 15min additional paid breaks
