These roles are to deliver high end customer care, delivering the best customer experience. Both roles are temporary and in some cases there is the option to look at permanent work.
Please see below the following roles:
Contract Advisor – assisting customers to facilitate various options with their finance. Extensive telephone and emails that can involve multiple parties, dealing with queries and administration. Self-motivated, driven and committed to delivering team and personal objectives, maintaining excellence.
HOURS OF WORK: Monday – Friday – 8:30 am – 17:00 pm
Lead Advisor – extensive outbound calls delivering the best service possible to the customer. Dealing with prospective customers, assisting with any questions or queries. This role includes offering a LiveChat service to customers. Confident and professional communication skills both verbal and written. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to demonstrate high levels of customer service.
HOURS OF WORK: Monday – Friday rotating shifts – 9:00 am – 17:30 pm and then 11:00 am – 19:30 pm
