Our Client is adding to there due to their continued success, salary increase after 3 months with OTE £30,000
The right individuals should have a positive personality with a can-do attitude which in turn will result in a long-term career, the opportunity will consist of engaging, communicating with current clients via telephone plus email communication.
Discussing, communicating with our 2000 current clients regarding their account and their current, future needs along with all relevant processes and administration.
As a Customer Retention Communicator, you will ensure we deliver the very best level of customer service at all times along with developing relationships that continue working partnerships.
