About the role:
We’re looking for a Customer Resolution Advisor who can take ownership and aim to resolve all customer complaints at Stage 1 of the complaints process; you'll deal with all negative customer feedback and with service failures. Always ensuring all notes on complaints, service failures and feedback are accurately recorded. Further to this you’ll identify trends and make recommendations where you can for service improvements.
What we’re looking for in someone:

With practical experience of dealing with complaints, service failure and negative customer feedback

Experience of identifying areas for process change to enhance customer experience
*
Can delivering an outstanding customer focussed service
*
It would be advantageous to have previous experience in customer services within a social housing setting
