We are currently recruiting for Customer Portfolio Administrator on 6 months contract for a client based in Milton Keynes on an hourly rate of £11.62 per hour inside IR35.

Job responsibilities:

First point of contact for customer and supplier enquiries through management of joint mailboxes
To provide administrative support to the Contracts Delivery Manager, Global Technical Lead, Programme Manager.
To liaise with customers and suppliers
Taking, producing and distributing minutes of meetings and action logs
Ensure that property asset documentation is maintained and updated with information from overseas post.
Ensure supplier invoices are paid within relevant time scales along with maintain relevant logs.
Co-ordinate project/programme related logistics to meet project timescales, including travel arrangements and arranging for equipment to be shipped overseas.
Skills Knowledge and experience:

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Numerical and analytical skills
IT literate with extensive practical experience of the Microsoft Office Suite
Motivated, self-starter who can work without close supervision
Experience of working within a government or large complex organisation
Experience of using an oracle system
Providing support to ensure project delivery
