Our client has a part time vacancy, working 30 hours per week for a Customer Order Assistant to be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Your role will involve assisting with orders, account enquiries, stock checks and pricing enquiries, problems and complaints, cancelations and refunds and other queries. You will ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve enquires. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role

·Use phone to speak to customers and verify required information

·Place or cancel orders, arrange credits and replacement products and resolving customer queries

·Ensure all orders received are entered into the system accurately

·Suggest solutions when a problem occurs.

·Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty

·Liaise between departments and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries

·Achieve team and individual sales targets as set by the Management Team within the agreed time scale.

Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.

Requirements

·Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

·Experience of building relationships with customers

·Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations

·Excellent numeracy skills

·Excellent communication skills

·Proficient at Microsoft Office

·Demonstrates a good level of negotiation skills with internal and external customers
