Your new job
You will be working within our Customer Operations team, managing the operational process for a vehicle from point of vehicle delivery through to the end of contract process. Manage in-life vehicle contract requirements in line with customer requests via phone and email.
What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking someone with customer service experience, must be a value-driven team member who can inspire and encourage others within a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels of the business internally and externally.
