Customer On-boarder & Trainer
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Customer On-boarder & Trainer based in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will earn £27,000-£37,000 per annum.
The On-boarder/ Trainer would be a key member of the implementation & support team, responsible for planning & executing the set-up and training of the company’s market leading workforce management solution.
Our client is willing to consider flexible or part time working for this role and will also provide full training, mentoring and opportunities for personal development.
Role Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of business systems implementation, training or Customer on-boarding experience.
Communication skills are extremely important: must be able to communicate at all levels within any organisation; excellent written communication, verbal communication, active listening and presentation skills.
Knowledge and experience in workforce management technology sector or some overall HR functional experience. Experience in security and cleaning sectors would be advantageous.
Technical aptitude: high proficiency with web-based systems and MS office.
Be a self-starter; able to work productively with minimal supervision.
Able to provide occasional support outside regular business hours.
Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays if required.
Strong business process, time management and analytical skills are essential.
Role Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimisation of the workforce management solution for the company’s clients
Interface and meet with prospects and clients as needed for any of the following: software implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialised reporting, training, pre and post-sales support.
Manage the smooth rollout of software.
Inform client management and relevant personnel of project status.
Assist the Sales team in presenting the software to key prospects during detailed demonstrations.
Work with the Support team to provide backup on customer operation processes and to help resolve any technical issues or concerns.
Develop and deliver customer training, both onsite and remotely.
Develop & maintain training material, user manuals, quick start guides.
Master the capabilities of the system and advise customers on how to most effectively use the solution, including modifying customers' existing processes, procedures, work-flow, forms and content.
Identify opportunities to improve the system and disseminate client feedback to the relevant departments within the organisation.
Meet and exceed a monthly billable day’s target.
Identify and feedback client sales opportunities to the Sales team.
