We are delighted to be working with a prestigious client based in Milton Keynes for the recruitment of an experienced complaint handler who is highly organised and can provide administrative support to Director level.

You will be the last point of escalation prior to a complaint being taken to review at Director level. You will have experience in handling complaints and be a naturally organised individual able to offer support to the wider team.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Predominant area of responsibility is to deal with escalated incoming calls/emails/letters on behalf of the Customer Services Director and when applicable other senior staff including the CEO and CFO
Respond directly to inquiries / complaints and liaise with the relevant departments to resolve
Organise & prioritising work schedule in a pressurised environment
Manage diary and schedule appointments
Occasional requirement to book hotels, flights, transportation as required and schedule meetings or events
Maintain administration on behalf of the Director, including holiday & sickness for the senior management team

We are looking for someone with:

Highly articulate with Customer Ambassador focus
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent written and oral skills
NVQ Business Administration (Secretarial)
Able to work on own initiative
Secretarial and organisational skills
Good communicator at all levels
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High degree of confidentiality
