Customer Liaison Executive
Salary £25,(Apply online only)pa
Monday to Friday: – 9am-5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) 37.5 hours per week
This is a key role responsible for responding to all customer concerns upholding the highest of problem solving and customer service standards. In addition, you will assist with the implementation of new customer accounts and work with 3rd party suppliers to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the product range whilst assisting the sales team to implement the desired product/service.
Key responsibilities shall include: –
Ensure all customer concerns are dealt with in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
Liaise with customers to understand their issues and concerns, taking an empathetic manor to help support them
Efficiently record all customer concerns and complaints
Escalate concerns where appropriate
Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Generate management reports for agreed KPIs
Develop and continually enhance the policies, systems and procedures
Liaise with third party service providers
Track progress of implementation action requirements and ensure that all timeline commitments are met
Relevant experience is not essential, however, we are looking for someone with the following attributes:

High level of numeracy and highly IT literate with Microsoft office and IT systems
The desire to undertake continuous professional development

Committed, conscientious and hard working
A resourceful individual with strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
First class interpersonal skills and strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
Relevant fleet industry/motor industry experience is desired
Able to comfortably work with large amount of data
