Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Helpdesk Advisor to join their small friendly team in Milton Keyes, initially starting on a temporary basis.
The ideal person will be –
Available to start within two weeks
You will have Customer Service or Help desk experience by phone.
You will be an articulate, highly – professional, energetic, and enthusiastic person
What you will do –
As a member of the team, you would be responding to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients. Utilising your communication skills liaising with internal customers & sub-contractors to deliver 1st class customer service.
Experience in customer service, retail, or Helpdesk environment would be an advantage but not essential.
They are ideally looking for a real people person. Someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys helping people.
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
• Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role
• Experience in similar customer-facing role
• Understanding of Help Desk operation
• Customer Service skills
• Keyboard skills
