Due to expansion, our client has a unique opportunity for an ambitious Customer Experience Executive to join their growing and successful team within an award-winning technology-based company.
Job Purpose
The Customer Experience Executive will work alongside the Account Managers to develop relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will analyse management information to improve and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contributing to, devising and implementing strategies to improve performance and delivery of service
* Production and analysis of management information
* Understanding the customer and their goals and objectives
* Building and developing relationships with key operational customer stakeholders
* Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service
* Delivering a positive customer experience for all customers and users
Essential skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven experience in customer and relationship management
* Strong ability to empathise and understand a customer
* Good knowledge and understanding of customer experience
* Excellent communication and relationship skills
* Proven track record in driving and achieving results through identification of efficiencies and process improvements
* Able to demonstrate a creative approach to problem-solving
* Full clean driving license
* Excel – Intermediate level
Desirable Skills :
* Degree Educated
* An understanding of the public sector
