Customer Coordinator

Temporary role

Milton Keynes

£10.00 per Hour, plus Holiday pay

We are looking for an organised coordinator with exceptional Customer Service and Administration skills to support our client on a temporary to permanent basis. You will need to be highly organised, dealing with emails, bookings and calls. You will be dealing with customers, engineers and suppliers to arrange visits to customer premises.

Hours of work: 37.5 Hour week, Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities of the Customer Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

Liaise with customers and engineers to optimise timings and diaries
Work closely with the Field Engineers to ensure the balance between quality and quantity of work is achieved in the most efficient way
Help deal with the department inbox
Proactively resolve issues for the company and the customer to ensure outstanding work is within agreed targets
Provide support to your colleagues on complex queries by sharing skills and knowledge
Working closely with other teams to ensure that customers receive a high quality service and that both internal and external service levels are met
Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolutionYou will have the following abilities:

Have the ability to communicate with clients confidently and effectively
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and CRM
