About the role:
They are currently looking for an outstanding customer service professional to join their team. The role will provide an exceptionally high level of service to both external and internal customers in relation to housing related enquiries and support.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Communicating with our customers by whichever method they choose to make contact e.g. phone, email, webchat, website.
* Resolving all contact at first point of contact wherever possible.
What they’re looking for:
* Practical experience of working in a busy customer facing contact centre environment dealing with a range of products or services.
* Someone who is numerate and literate to a minimum GCSE standard (A-C or 1-4).
* A team worker who can deliver an outstanding customer focussed service.
* Excellent IT skills.
* A clear and effective communicator.
* The ability to organise and prioritise own workload to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Experience of working in a housing maintenance/building environment or in a social housing setting dealing with rent/payment queries would be an advantage but is not essential.
