A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Consultant to join an established and growth business, our Client due to their continued success are adding Quality individuals to their business Customer Consultant.

The right individual should have a fantastic Can Do Attitude, Great Communication skills with a fantastic personality which in turn will result in a long term career.

The opportunity will consist of engaging, communicating with our clients, customers via telephone, email to discuss their needs, services provided along with all administration and CRM works.

While discussing our clients current and future needs this will of course require working with other stakeholders within the business, confirmation will then be communicated by yourself to our customers and then confirmed, scheduled in with our operations department.

The Customer Consultant will ensure they deliver the very best level of customer service at all times along with developing relationships that continue working partnerships.
