We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for our client, an established and award-winning, building supplies company based in Milton Keynes.
As Customer Care Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include:
Handling calls and enquiries and proving outstanding customer care
Checking for & responding to all emails/new deployments
Sending quotes, booking work, invoicing, and contact customers when necessary
Liaising with third party trades
Ordering materials
Completing monthly reports
All administration support The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and organisation skills, able to work on their own initiative, and be comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email.
