Customer Care Advisors – High End Men's Fashion Retailer

Job Type: Temp to Perm, Permanent available

Hours: Full Time (Part Time Available)
Day Shift: 12:00 – 21:00, rotating weekends
Day Shift: 14:00 – 23:00, rotating weekends
Day Shift: 16:00 – 01:00, rotating weekends (after 23:00 pay increase to £12.50ph)

Salary:
Days – £10.42ph
Nights – £12.50ph
Quarterly Bonuses & Monthly Bonuses when taken on Permanent

Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK1

Responsibilities:
– Providing exceptional customer service
– Being personable and professional to all contacted customers
– Representing a luxury clothing retail company
– Being the first point of contact to all customers globally, able to understand what they want and need to provide them with an exemplary experience
– Delivering quality customer service too first time customers, and all customers
– Taking inbound calls from customers when they are placing orders
– Utilising the web chats, communicating with customers on a global platform
– Advising customer of out of stock items and suggesting alternatives
– Upselling good & informing customers of deals and discounts
– Assisting with customer enquiries and questions
– Using open questions to understand customers' needs and wants
– Building relationships with each customer

Successful candidate:
– Is an experience and well-spoken person who has a passion to deliver great customer service
– Has previous customer service experience, either face to face or over the phone
– Has a personable charm and is good at building lasting relationships
– Is an outgoing person who can show a genuine interest in others
– A great listener, is able to take information in and retain it
– Confident and calm
– IT literate, able to use multiple systems at once
– Understand the values of a company and strive for them everyday
– Excellent communication skills
